It sucks enormous balls that Bougoureau is mostly forgotten, while ridiculous people like Matisse are remembered. His stuff is ridiculously gorgeous!
This is one of my all time top five favorite artists. I covered the walls of my dorm room with prints of his stuff. My friends chalked it up to the fact that I was studying Classics, little did they know I just like naked chicks…
