The bank in quesiont (Nordea, Finland) offers "personalized credit cards." Just submit a JPEG when requesting the card, pay a small premium and off it goes to credit card factory. I think they do have a decensy filter at the bank, though. Straight out offensive goatse won't work, but a less explicit derivative might go through. Not a sticker.
