Dunno about RE:3, but I do know, that if you pause it just right as she falls off the table in the hospital at the end of her first movie, the thing she is wearing lifts up and you can see down below

zomg dudes and dudettes, there is a movie, on dvd oct 2, zombies on a plane….well they call it outbreak on a plane, living dead on a plane, this is gonna be worse than snakes on a train, the less popular twist of snakes on a plane.
