Seeing as the whole picture shares the same color, it might not be the original color. So I’ll have to use that dreadful phrase:
Photoshop’d (to an extent).
Ctrl+U > Colorize > Slide bar to desired color.

Here’s the picture without the Hue/Saturation arrangement. Part of my argument was correct, after all.
