What does eating dairy have to do with Fat America? What country, exactly, is it that doesn’t eat dairy again? What exactly am I supposed to replace the cheesecake size hole this would create in my existence?

It has more to do with hormones (one of the reasons the 12 year old girls have bigger boobs than your mom) and antibiotics. www.notmilk.com read up my child. Milk is bad, no matter what the Dairy Council and a few misled celebrities tell you.

Pretty much all food has been given the “bad” label at some point in time. But dairy, for all its faults is so very tasty. om nom nom nom.

Lots of azn countries eat very little or no dairy because of higher rates of lactose intolerance amongst those folks.
