Despite what this image says, Vietnam does have the internet. My friend spent a year there and was able to update his blog at an internet cafe very regularly: www.caelumestnostri.com/index.php?catid=2&blogid=1

If those countries didn’t suck for human rights, I’d be a little envious of their state of bliss.
Except Vietnam. That (as pointed out) shouldn’t be on the list.
