SIAD (siadapp.dmdc.osd.mil) lists 3,700 US American military dead in Operation Iraqi freedom. You can pile a few reporters, non-American coalition troops and American civilians on that.
There are various estimates for Iraqi Civilian deaths. Because it’s a polemical issue, I’m going to go with the lowest number I can find, 71,000 as of the end of August, according to BBC. The US Gov. and Military doesn’t keep official numbers because, as we know, only whites are humans.

Osama was right about Americans being disproportionate killers. Hell, he played Bush like a violin. In the years between 9-11 and the start of the Iraq war, virtually every video he released was about how the Americans disproportionately kill and don’t value human life. ‘Nuclear bombs in Japan’ is practically a mantra of his.

Although I think we probably agree on most things…. What are we supposed to do? Kill 1 for 1? Should we wait till a Marine gets IEDed and then go kill one of theirs? We’re obviously out of the business of nuking people but it’s starting to look like a viable and logical option.

Deescalate? These wars are like a Terrorist recruitment poster, and every time the terrorist try something, it just pissed off the Americans more. There’s no way it will ever stop the way it’s going. Hell, I want all the airport security you can throw at me. And if I walk into a major public building, throw all the security checks at me you can get. Lock Convicted terrorists up and throw away the keys. And a million other things. The solution starts at home.
Fact is, terrorism goes back to at least the third century BC. There will always be terrorism. We can think of ways to protect ourselves from it, or will can continue this useless battle of escalating commitment until we nuke the whole planet. Honestly, I don’t want some crazy nuclear winter because of a Christian-Muslim big-dick contest.

Again, I don’t disagree with that. I am only saying that while we’re there, we need to protect ourselves and make progress. Unfortunately, making progress in a war means killing more of them than they kill of us. Yes, let’s buckle down our borders, kick out all the illegals – of whatever background, and start over. It does start at home.
