I think it says something about how fat people no longer have to feel bad for swallowing their prey alive.

First caption says (roughly, I really do not know Portuguese): Give a chance for the little person inside you to liberate itself.
The second caption says something like “Uncover a smaller hidden you…something something…in the scale.”
The third reads: He removes his own weight from his shoulders.

‘Free the little body within yourself’
‘Find the healthy little body hidden somewhere in your scales’.
The third is a slight play on words. ‘Take your own weight from your shoulders’. As in ‘relieve yourself of the burden of your own big fat ass’. ‘próprio’ is a bit more emphatic than ‘your own’ so it works a bit better in Portuguese.
