    Looks like the ridiculously oversized rocket the Russians made.

    One of the stages fired prematurely (read: 2 FUCKING HOURS BEFORE LAUNCH) and killed everyone near the area when the fuel resevoirs exploded, including scientists, high-ranking military, etc.
