Nah, that’s a render. You can tell by the awesome HDR lighting from the window and blinds. Also the reflection from the tinfoil.

Moment of seriousness: downloaded and played the demo, and even high detail at 1024×768 ran fine on my older PC. I’m very impressed. It’s gorgeous and a lot of fun – will be buying the full version soon.
