Even if Batman had a pile of Kryptonite, Supes would fly around the world at near-Flash speed, pound Batman in the jaw—erasing Bruce Wayne's ability to eat, speak, or live—and be off so fast the Kryptonite wouldn't phase him. I hate how Batman is written like he's 10 steps ahead of everyone. No one has that kind of time; it's a lazy out for poor writers when Batman suddenly says, "I planned for this contingency several months ago before this supervillain even existed."
