That’ll look good on his Mom’s Hyundai.

  2. Okay, I’ll bite. What the heck does this mean?

  3. er… leet much?

    “MAD LEET” written in 1337.

  4. ummmmm……okay.

Color me noob, Kaze, but I still don’t know wtf this means.

  5. It means he spent 20 bucks on a license plate to inform fellow motorists that not only does he consider himself an “elitist” in the dork world of computing, but also that he is mad about this information being accurate.

As such, being angry, and vengful as the internet is, and so full of gandi, and raptor jesus, he chose the indirect form of getting even, license plates, effectively proclaiming his irritation with the world by way of a 20 dollar hunk of sheet metal.

  6. Oh, I see.

    Thanks, Kaze :)

  7. $20 in cali for a personal plate? Sheesh in WI it’s $50

  8. NY its minimum of about $30 (for 2 years, depending on county/weight) for a random registration. Custom plates are $43 + an annual fee of $25 for “special plates” such as a sports team, and $68 + annual fee of $50 for personalized plates. A few “organizatons” have even higher fees with a portion going to help some type of charity or the organization. I think those fees are on top of the registration fees.

  9. In Connecticut it’s $90. But we don’t have an annual fee anymore.

  10. Epic Win:

    1) California
    2) M4D 1337

  11. Nobody ever said you had to have a brain to live in California. Besides, if you have a brain you might get a TOOOMUH.
