No, ‘cuz it’s really hard to hit them when they run fast >:(
Vehicles should have the right of way.
If people are stupid enough to get hit be a vehicle, they deserve it. Seriously.
Peds do not always have the right away, for example, if you set in front of a car when it won’t have a chance to stop; you’ll get hit, get an ambulance bill, and get a ticket.
