I believe it was in the Illuminatus! Trilogy that there was a band called H.P. Lovecraft (which apparently existed). Thought the pic would be related to them.
PS: Why are there two Cthulhu?
PPS: Needs those flute pipers that follow Yog Sothoth (I think).

I don’t think this is Lovecraft. They look more like D&D monsters. Beholder and Mind Flayers anyway. Cthulhu has wings, so none of the meet that description.

definitely D&D, the drummer is a Roper and the big guy is a goblinoid.
