It's still annoying to the owners of the property none the less. Still illegal. But hey, it could be worse. Letters spray painted on Stop Signs that say 'war' in shaky dripping letters. Is this really about being anti-war or just not feeling as bad that you are vandalizing public property in the name of the most popular cause at the time?
