Sure, if you enlarge it and make it look like crap. It’s still just 740×477 pixels, which means it’s not even large enough for 800×600 really. A wallpaper to me is at least 1024×768 and should really be one of the regular desktop sizes (1280×1024, 1600×1200) or else it’s just an image. Any image can be resized to fit your desktop, that doesn’t make it a wallpaper. If you mean it’s a nice picture to have as your wallpaper, then yes, it’s a nice picture. It’s still misleading to call it a wallpaper.
