Property seizure laws are lame. All it shows is that authoritarians are willing to commit the bigger crime to get their way. If only we could have property seizure laws for say, lawbreaking politicians and pederast preists, we could auction off half of the South and every Catholic church in the country! We could pay for a lot of cops with that!
