    Ando, I believe it shocks you, causing you to let go of it, or, you might have to try to bring the two poles inward.

    Those ‘electric’ chairs you see at fairgrounds and stuff merely vibrate very rapidly, making it feel similar to a shock.

    Though this looks like a ‘test your strength’ sort of machine, so you’d have to pull them together.

    Or it could be a ‘how quick can you masturbate’ machine…
