I was once on the phone for 3 hours trying to dispute my bill; finally a manager gave me a credit for $30. Guess what? When I get my next bill, no credit. I call again and after 1 hour of being on hold find out that there was never a credit. The assholes just wanted to get rid of me. That and their customer service sucks.
