  1. HAHAHA! This movie is freakin awesome! OBEY! I had forgotten about it until a post on this site reminded me of it. What post was that Tiki?

  2. Put on the goddamn glasses.

  3. Longest fight, unless you lived in Sweden where we were protected from 2 minutes and 53 seconds of it. (it’s uncut nowadays though)

  4. I was just talking about this movie a few days ago. “I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick ass, and I’m all out of bubble gum”

  5. I loved the shot-for-shot remake of the fight scene that South Park did for Jimmy and Tim-may.

  6. Now that I’ve heard of this movie, methinks I should actually watch it..

  7. YOU DIRTY MOTHERFUCKER

  8. longest fight scene ever!?

please… go rent John Woo’s Hard Boiled

40 minutes long in filled hospital with plenty of innocent bystanders.

but yes, they do beat the shit out of each other erfor days in they live, i love that movie and i’m snaking this photo for my archive immediately. thanks!

  9. From the IMDB:
The fight between Nada (Roddy Piper) and Frank (Keith David) was only supposed to last 20 seconds, but Piper and David decided to fight it out for real, only faking the hits to the face and groin. They rehearsed the fight for three weeks. Carpenter was so impressed he kept the 5 minute and 20 second scene intact.
