I used to bartend at this joint… Back in ‘02 when Ol’ W was saber rattling … nay WARMONGERING, I made the off hand comment that he was just going over there to finish what daddy started and secure some overseas oil.
This new chick they had hired as a cocktail waitress looked at me in flushed white horror and refused to work another shift with me due to my lack of patriotism.

I am always worried about what I say to my co-worker, since I have no idea where she stands politically, religiously, etc. So far she has yet to give me any huge looks of terror, which is probably a plus.
