    Fixanal is a brand of preweighted concentrates for making standard solutions of acid and bases. I’ve only seen HCl and NaOH, but they probably make other stuff.

    Above the name Fixanal it says “Ampullenöffner für”, which is “ampoule opener for” in German. Fits neatly with reboot’s explanation.
