You also ask natakamus to find ways to fight global warming, but have you considered that such preventive measures are often blocked by conservative politicians who’d rather see national parks opened up for deforestation, initiatives on hybrid cars blocked, etc? Attitudes that soundly reject global warming theories because “liberals are jackasses” and then tell liberals to do something about it are entirely ignorant and contradictory.

Arguing about global warming is akin to arguing about religion: a very small minority will have actual knowledge about the subject matter and everyone else will be bullshitting but trying desperately hard to pass it off as truthful information.
