    I doubt it, i think it’s either an optical illusion or its reflecting off of the trees. Or photo shopped.

    Or maybe its just the obvious fact that giraffes have dark blue/black tongues. Go to a zoo.

    This isn’t a shop, giraffes do actually have blue tounges. As Frank said, go to a zoo.
