Unless I’m mistaken with another story, I’ve seen that same pic on some “extreme car accidents” website of some sort where people submit their worst accident stories and all of that. The person driving was a 16 year old boy and his friend posted it to make fun of him.

This is exactly like the time my sister got our riding lawnmower stuck on a big rock stuck in the ground, and we had to pull it out with our car. Good times.
