    Mr. Chick’s purveyance of every type of hatred and intolerance continues. I assume since it has racism in it it’s his.

    The artist who drew that tract is named Fred Carter. Chick draws some tracts himself. He is the crappy artist, Carter is the good artist. Anyway, Carter is reputed to be African-American.
