    How long did it take him or whoever made it to make it. It does look very detailed.

    Yep. He’s a big Sluggy Freelance fan. I believe the picture above is from the second year he wore it at ComicCon. It looks more . . . complete than my memory from the first year. Spent months tinkering with it, but not really that many hours of actual work. He works for a prop shop in Hollywood, making, well, costume armor, among other things.
