Her legs aren’t the same color as her skin -._-.
I’m not sure but I think that while they were able to get her face back to mostly human the rest of her body is still covered with borg implants and such. For the most part she always wore a full body suit and the few times she didn’t you could see the remnants her implants. This I guess was one of the episodes where she didn’t wear the full body suit.
