It’s not a simulator, doesn’t look like a pilot either (no shoulder boards).

Yes, it’s a simulator. Notice the view out the cockpit glass. It looks almost “cartoonish”. Then you’ll notice that the cockpit is very clean. Real cockpits are not kept this clean. And the real clincher is the overpriced stuffed airplane toy that you can only get from the Boeing store. Nobody buys that shit but Boeing brown-nosers.
