That’s made of soy or an equivalent vegetable protein, so I’d say the pig who’s been spared is very lucky indeed.

That’s awesome, I did not know that phil. Have you ever tasted this before? Is it comparable to pork, or just crap?

See where it says 100% vegetarian? That’s a clue.
I haven’t had this particular variety. Most similar products taste like processed luncheonmeat, so if you’d eat the original then you’d enjoy the latter. It also matters what technique you use for preparing it (batterfried = good; microwaved and served plain = bad). I’d mostly rather eat tofu, though.
