Experience 1. When I worked for a pc tech services shop the driver was always late and the van would always pull up blasting rap music way too loud. I'm all for listening to music while you work but that was over the top. experience 2. Recently I had a headset replaced and DHL was used as the carrier. The address was residential but for some reason it was delivered to a local sams club. It took them 3 days to recover and deliver and even then there was no apology from the driver.
