That’s Kari Byron’s butt! The shot is from the episode about getting vacuum stuck to an airplane toilet. The guys got a vacuum toilet, but needed a fake butt to test the myth, so they got Kari in a body suit, took a bunch of pics, mapped it out in a computer and added a ton of fat to it, and then make a mold of that.
