Played a lot of old DoD back in the day. Not a bad game.

I actaully Like DOD source, its a good game, and the weapons are balanced, there glitches, but thats true with every game.

They are talking about the first Day of Defeat, not the :Source one.
The first Day of Defeat started as an Counterstrike mod, and was very difficult to play. Still quite populair though, so later on they released Day of Defeat:Source which basicly is a simplified version with updated graphics and a few other maps (some are left out from the original).
And yeah, DOD:S is quite a fun game
