They’ve got these things in the strangest places in Japan. Like, train station/mall areas above escalators. Just weird. I’m guessing it’s because the houses/apartments don’t really have room for them.
The guy can’t be less then 4 feet tall, so the tv is about 3 feet. They can’t fit them in those houses because they are so fucking big!
