    Those are mind flayers. That looks like D&D art, and if it is those are mind flayers fer sure. AKA “Illithids”. Oh, here we go:

    Ilithids, no question. The 4 tentacles are a giveaway. Not quite the canonical verion (the tentacles are too long & should not end in hands), but the lurid D&D style is about right.

    Urp, never mind, the hands are completely seperate. I swa the hand on the woman’s face as an extension of a tentacle. silly me.
