It’s from Warhammer 40K. The guy with the big hat is a Commissar, the robotish guys are Servitors (lobotomised humans) and the soldiers are Imperial Guard.

well i must say i give my credit to anarchistica, he knows his stuff but may i add that i think the thing in the corner is an necron immortal (sort of a bad guy) and they are studing it.oh and tiki god ..nice art

oh wait the guy in the coner is a sevitor and the imperial guard guys are looking at a massive eldar war walker from the titon leigons.(neeky right?i know may just be obsessed:-)lol)
